Mr. Yanuar has 16 years of capital market experience in Indonesia, the last 5 of which he spent at PT BNI Securities as the Fund Manager managing Equity Discretionary Funds. Previous to that, he had spent 8 years in Equity Sales at W.I. Carr Indonesia where he worked for 2 years as
Head of Operations, 1 year as Chief Dealer and 5 years as Director of Sales. Mr. Yanuar had also been an Auditor for 2 years at Price Waterhouse from 1988-1990.

Mr. Yanuar joined Samuel Asset Management (SAM) in November 2006.

Mr. Yanuar received his SI Degree from University of Padjadjaran Bandung in Accounting and is a licensed Broker Dealer, Underwriter and Investment Manager in Indonesia. He also has a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) from Singapore College of Insurance.

Ms. Satyono has 14 years of banking and capital market industry experience working in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia. She started her career in 1992 at Citibank N.A., Jakarta as a Management Associate and thereafter became Loan Credit Officer in the National Banking Group. In 1995, she joined Merrill Lynch Asset Management based in Hong Kong in the Institutional Marketing Division. Since then, she has worked at SBC and Morgan Stanley. Her last position was as Vice President at HSBC Private Bank Singapore where she was responsible for advising high net worth individuals and institutions on global investments.

Ms. Satyono joined SSI in 2003 as Partner and is responsible for managing client relationships for Samuel Asset Management (SAM).

She received her BBA with Distinction at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. She is a Candidate of CFA level 3 and is a licensed Broker Dealer, Underwriter and Investment Manager in Indonesia.
